The photograph on the left
shows the DANIEL ADAMSON in her first guise as the Shropshire Union Canal and
Railway Company's RALPH BROCKLEBANK towing a train of barges down the Mersey.
In back ground only the Port of Liverpool Building can be seen nearing
completion which dates this photograph as being circa 1905. The liner is
Leyland Line's WINIFREDIAN. |
